At Happy Kidz Play Café Corp, we’re more than just a play space we’re a place where families connect, kids explore, and coffee keeps the grown-ups happy! We’ve built a warm, welcoming environment where children can play safely and freely while parents relax and enjoy great coffee in a modern, cozy café setting.

Our goal is to bring joy to every visit and create a fun, clean, and community-focused space where little ones can grow, laugh, and make memories with the people they love.

Who We’re Looking For​

We’re on the lookout for friendly, upbeat, and responsible individuals to join our team part-time as Guest Experience Hosts & Party Hosts.

If you’re someone who loves working with kids, enjoys creating a positive atmosphere, and thrives in a fast-paced environment we’d love to hear from you!

Guest Experience Host Role​

As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be the heart of our daily operations. Your role includes:

• Greeting families and making everyone feel welcome

• Engaging with kids and parents to build strong, positive connections

• Sharing information about our play space, events, memberships, classes, and menu

• Taking food and drink orders, preparing basic café items (don’t worry we’ll train you!)

• Keeping the play area clean, safe, and fun by tidying toys and sanitizing regularly

• Assisting with check-ins and purchases using our POS system

• Supporting the overall cleanliness and smooth flow of the space

Party Host Role (Additional Duties)​

On weekends and special events, our Party Hosts help create unforgettable birthday experiences by:

• Setting up and decorating party spaces with attention to detail

• Keeping events running on time from start to finish

• Welcoming guests and guiding them through the party

• Ensuring kids play safely and that everything stays organized

• Cleaning and resetting the space for the next celebration

• Typical Party Hours: Fridays 4:00 PM, Saturdays & Sundays 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM​​

What You Bring to the Table​

• Availability on weekdays (mornings and/or afternoons), plus weekends if applying as a Party Host

• A warm and welcoming attitude, especially with kids and families

• The ability to multitask and stay positive under pressure

• A willingness to learn and take initiative

• Previous experience in childcare, customer service, food service, or event hosting is a bonus but not required!

What We Offer​

• Hourly pay: $16–$18 + tips, depending on experience

• A supportive team and a fun, kid-friendly environment

• On-the-job training (including barista basics!)
